ABOUT ME

I am fascinated by how organisations actually function—and by how change can succeed without faltering on structures or routines. I hold a doctoral degree in Business Administration and specialise in organisational structures and change management. I connect research and practice: analytical in approach, calm in delivery, and always focused on what is workable.

In my doctoral thesis, I examined how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and governance in football are understood and implemented—from UEFA and the DFB through to regional associations. The analysis made clear where aspiration and reality diverge. These insights inform how I accompany change processes today.

I work on the basis of clearly defined lines of accountability and decision‑making, measurable goals and transparent indicators, and a participatory culture that enables ownership. In this way, strategy, culture and day‑to‑day work cohere—and progress becomes visible.

Alongside practice, I continue to conduct research in England, Germany and Türkiye on organisational structures, governance and CSR in sport and related fields, collaborating with universities and practice partners.

I work in German, English and Turkish, write and speak on these topics, and support organisations on a selective, project basis—from initial diagnosis to the redesign of processes and responsibilities. My aim is to make complexity understandable and to develop solutions that fit each organisation.
